Working with delivery couriers

I've been talking to some colleagues about how they are dealing with their couriers.  My opinion is that every library should be leaving their material in bookdrops and in whatever library it last landed and just sitting tight until the worst of the epidemic is over (e.g. the curve has been flattened enough that our hospitals can handle the influx of patients).  But that might mean we have to continue to pay our couriers so that they are there when we need them again and so they will take care of the books and material that got left in their possession.

What is happening for you around delivery?
